In light of the global spread of COVID-19, we think that we need to cancel the meeting. This is a difficult decision that we need to take early enough before you are engaged financially. We will reschedule the CAFFE LATTES conference in 2021 and will keep you informed on our plans.

The conference will start on Monday the 11th May around 9am, and finish on Friday the 15th around 4pm.

We have sent all abstracts to the SOC to select oral and poster/flash-talks presentations. We will give you the outcome of the selection on Wednesday the 11th of March.

You will find new information on our web site regarding the location of the conference, your accommodation and transportation to Montpellier and to the conference. We have pre-reserved rooms in hotels in Montpellier (30-45 min to the conference by public transportation), in Lattes (20 min to the conference by public transportation), and at the sea in Palavas-les-Flots (20 min to the conference with our private bus). Prices for a single room with breakfast range from 57 to 129 euros. We cannot guarantee these rooms beyond the 25th of March, so please try to reserve as soon as possible.
